A Big Thank You!
Arapahoe County had four Libertarian candidates run for office last November.
If you see one of these talented people, please thank them for their selfless efforts in person.
Without the hard work of folks like Kristy McNealy, Sheilah Thomas-Davis,
Maclyn Stinger, and James Frye, we would never see a Libertarian on the ballot.
Thank you Kristy, Sheilah, Mac, and Jim!

CRAG inspires Prohibition on Red Light Cameras
Thanks to the diligent efforts of our friends at
Citizens for Responsible Aurora Government,
Colorado state senators Renfroe, Grantham, Harvey, Lambert, Lundberg, and Neville,
join state congressman Baumgardner in support of a
bill
to eliminate red light cameras in our state.
It is rare to find anyone who has not been snared by a red light camera.
Now we hear Denver County is using their RLC to ticket drivers
when their vehicle lands on the wide white line that sit before the crosswalk.
These cameras are capable of ticketing people driving over the speed limit too.
Big Brother's cameras have the potential to rob us of our liberties on many levels.
Not only have these machines FAILED to reduce traffic accidents,
but in many intersections, rear-end collisions have increased.
We will keep you updated about the status of this very important bill.

A R A P A H A P P Y H O U R
Join us at Landry's every Wednesday for Arapahappy Hour,
sponsored by the Libertarian Party of Arapahoe County.
Arapahappy Hour begins at 4pm each Wednesday, ending around 6pm,
(but we are known to hang out longer).
Our goal is to build affiliates, share information and encourage principled
action that begins with having a good time together. Socialize with other
Libertarians and like-minded folks at this hump-day oasis.
Check out Landry's Happy Hour Menu.
They feature an array of drink specials as well as scrumptious seafood and American fare.
"Landry's ambiance is breezy but genteel — with a Gulf Coast feel, circa 1940.
As Jazz plays softly, ceiling fans spin overhead.
It's the kind of place Hepburn and Tracy would have hung out,
maybe split a dozen oysters and a drink before dinner and lingered after a dessert of
bananas foster."
~RSVP on Meetup.com.

7209 South Clinton Street, Englewood, 80112
